Jeff Markewich

Jeff has over 24 years of experience in Real Estate. A leader in the industry, he has been an Owner, Director of Operations, Broker and a REALTOR®. He is passionate about real estate, with a wide variety of experience and knowledge including property development and assessment, first-time home buyers and families, relocation specialties, and leading a team of REALTORs® and conveyancing staff. As the Broker on Title for over 18 years, he possesses office management ability to manage diversity and lead growth. His education includes building construction, digital marketing, property law and appraisals, required Real Estate Education and ongoing professional development. Jeff uses his expertise to assist buyers with finding ideal properties for renovation and builds and has the knowledge and credibility to advise sellers on property modifications to increase financial return. Jeff has spent numerous years on real estate boards and commissions, starting in 2000 with his REALTOR® memberships with the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), the Saskatchewan REALTOR® Association (SRA), and the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission (SREC). He held membership with the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials from 2012 – 2018, and most recently received his Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation in 2020 and holds active membership. He was the Director of the Moose Jaw Real Estate Board from 2012 – 2014, and a board member of the Saskatchewan Real Estate
