My wife and I got the benefit of having both Wilson and his team member Ferdous working with us throughout our house search and they were both extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. Wilson took the time to sit with us and go through every little detail we wanted to know about when we first started and both of them were always open and available to answer any other questions that came up along the way.
During the house visits you could tell they had a strong foundation of knowledge and experience for home buying and key things to look out for when doing a tour of the properties.
Ferdous really went to bat for us as well whenever we wanted to push for negotiating on prices and getting us the detailed info we needed to make a sound offer on what would eventually be my wife and I's first home.
Not to forget Tania who was right behind them with a quick response to all of the document requests and visits being set up. I'm sure I gave her a hard time with all the documents I requested as I am someone who likes to go through all of the property documents in detail before visiting.
I can't say how much we appreciated them all along the way and will definitely recommend them to friends and family, as well as using them in the future when the time comes to move on to a bigger property.

How can we put this? Wilson and his team have been exceptionnal once again!! This transaction took 2 years of reflection and he was there to advise and help us figure out what was the perfect cottage for us that whole time. While we were shopping around he was very helpful providing information on things we had not clue about (septic tanks, block foundation, water access, buying without any legal warranty, an insurance title, etc). His strong knowledge made us feel very confident and it was clear what we were getting into.
I can't pass over how helpful he was guiding us through a bidding war, helping finding OUR amount we were willing to pay or to lose the property for.
So many other great elements Wilson and his team brought, but I'm not gonna write a book, I'll let you figure it out ;)

Wilson and his team were a dream to work with. We viewed over 30 properties during the buying process and never felt rushed or pressured into making any decisions. Wilson also ensured that we visited only properties that would fall into our long list of wants, and that meant we didn’t waste time viewing properties that didn’t respond to our expectations.
He was extremely responsive and easy to reach - no question was ever treated as too insignificant or frivolous. Despite the fact that Wilson and his team are very successful and therefore busy, we always felt like we were a priority.
As it a seller’s market in Montreal right now, he also helped to position our offers within the right price range in mind (without ever hinting that we should go over our target budget).

In late 2013, we began our search for our first home after our landlord at the time gave us notice that he was repossessing our townhouse for his family.
