There aren’t enough stars to rate this agent. He was patient and responded to all of our questions with professionalism and sound advice. The whole time he wasn’t pitching a sale; he had our best interests at heart. Jay cares for his clients and observed what we liked and asked a lot of questions to gauge what we were looking for in a home. He set us up with an email home search with criteria that was carefully updated to capture homes that would interest us and continually updated it as we started narrowing down our needs. When we did find our home his negotiation skills were top notch and worked for us to get us the best deal. The end result made us extremely happy with our purchase and confirmed he was the best agent to represent us. He is who I trusted to navigate us on our home purchase and we will absolutely will be keeping in contact with him and use him for future purchases.
