The Macdougall Team is awesome! Brian and Steve are polished and demonstrate much professionalism as they demonstrate their experience in their field. They knew my neighborhood, providing well documented comparables whist taking into account both less desirable issues such as age and condition of the building and desirable issues such as suite updates and location. They negotiated a price well above asking even though there was a lesser offer! Brian and Steve are courteous, returned communications in a timely fashion and were always spot on with their advice. Their recommendations with respect to Staging and Moving companies was also spot on. The Real Estate market, was for the most part, flat during COVID, especially in the downtown core. I interviewed two other Real Estate Teams before engaging Brian and Steve. Both were way off in what value they saw in my building. Getting the price I did, during such turbulent times, demonstrates I made the right choice. I highly recommend the Macdougall Team and intend to stay with them....if they will have me!! :)

We had been on and off searching for our first home over a few years and Steve was there to support us throughout the entire process. We can not speak highly enough of our experience with Stephen. A few years ago he helped us purchase our first home and most recently the sale of the same property. We had lots of interest the first few weeks but no offers. Stephen noticed that everyone was saying the same thing. The second bedroom was too small.
