Sam met with me on a Monday, reviewed comparable sales in my area and explained FairPlay. By Thursday/Friday there were two packed days of realtor viewing and Saturday/Sunday were open to the public. By the end of day Friday, I had two offers, over list on my home!

Sam is an amazing realtor. I met him at an open house where Fair Play was being used. I was intrigued.
Our family chose him to sell our parents home that had been in the family for 50 years. It was a very emotional time and Sam's professionalism and guidance made everything so much easier.
We chose the Fair Play system and it was great! Buyers could see what was being bid and we could see all the bids over a weekend. It was much better than being pressured to take the first offer on the first day. The Fair Play system also allowed buyers to decide how much to bid and gave them a chance against developers.
Our family was very pleased with the fair and final price and we were able to honour our parents' wishes to have the house go to a family.

First, he visited all the properties we were interested with us virtually. Once we narrowed it down he ensured an in person visit during a quick trip we booked from out east! He negotiated so well on our behalf AND patiently provided support and guidance every step of the way. Sam Ireland did not disclose to me that there was a railroad track behind the property. The noise was horrible with the constant daily whistles. It became a nightmare. Sam did not disclose to me that I had 30 days to dispute the sale.
When I advised Sam of the issues on the house a couple of weeks after I moved in he said he can re-list the property at his same high rates. He is obviously about profiting himself and not caring about his client.

When we decided that it was time to sell our condo and look for more room for our family Sam was the first and only person we thought of.
He came over to our place to get an idea of what we were offering and then sat us down and had the real talk with us. He ensured that we were informed on what to expect, explained the market and let us discuss from there. All while entertaining my two headstrong rambunctious children. We came to a selling price, signed the dotted line, and off to market we went.
It was chaotic and stressful for us but Sam was calm, patient, informative, and extremely innovative on how to make us stand out. He knew what our end goal was and worked his hardest to make that happen, and it did. We sold our condo and then came the fun! Knowing our family and what we desired in a home we sent him listings and he added a few of his own. He took us out and we looked at the good, the bad, and the down right scary! Not once did he deter us from a listing which we were forever grateful for as this helped us to narrow the field further and further.
