We had originally listed with another agent and things were not going well - when we moved things over to Daisy she came in and absolutely stunned us with her ability to make the unit Shine. My husband and I can attest to the professional service provided by Daisy Aw and her team. Daisy's extensive real estate knowledge, exceptional negotiating skills, ability to work with persons from diverse backgrounds (we are Immigrants), timeliness and tenacity coupled with her vivacious personality made for a great experience. The home we purchased checked all the boxes and was below our price point. Friends and family are still astonished at the value we got for our money. We all have heard many horror stories of real estate concerns, but we can truly say Daisy made the process so easy, we are still in awe. We were not bombarded with unnecessary listings and the viewings were always done that same day. Once we viewed a property approximately thirty (30) minutes after the listing. Last August I purchased my 1st home. Daisy was my real estate agent and she definitely went above and beyond to guide me through what I expected to be a very stressful situation. Daisy explained every situation to me thoroughly and we would often talk before and or after seeing homes and discuss everything in detail. As first time home buyers, Daisy was incredible to work with. She showed a great understanding of the real estate she showed us and demonstrated that she was looking at these properties in our best interest. For example, there was a particular home which, on paper, seemed to be a dream home. However, when we went to view it Daisy very practically pointed out rodent deterrent measures that we would have easily missed and honestly explained how, given how wet the basement smelt and felt, she could not recommend the home to us as a first time house.
Looking back at the memory of that house, she was very right.
Beyond that the process of home buying is a new and sometimes difficult time to navigate and Daisy patiently guided us through it all and answered all our questions in a timely manner. She was frank about what steps we needed to take, when to take it by, and what were realistic expectations, which we greatly appreciated.
We have friends and family who have bought property recently and when asked if they would recommend their real estate agent, their answer was no. We had a great experience with Daisy the first time we didn't even think twice about going with her again to sell another property. As usual, she arrived to our meeting early. There happened to be another unit in the same complex that was on the market at the time so Daisy showed us the listing just to give us an idea of what an appropriate list price would be. Photos were done the very next day and the listing was online later that evening and we ended up with two viewings that weekend. There were offers from both and Daisy contacted us to let us know as soon as she received them. One was for asking price so we went with that. Whenever there was something that needed a signature, she texted us to let us know to keep an eye out for the email. From the time the listing went live to the buyer taking possession took just over five weeks. We couldn't have been happier with how things went! Daisy was incredible. She went above and beyond what I expect from a real estate agent. She is professional, but also very funny and awesome to work with. I highly recommend her. Our condo was on the market for 5 months during a very difficult time to sell. I honestly thought we wouldn't be able to sell it, but Daisy found a buyer. We live out of town, so Daisy would take care of the condo for us as we could not. We had a renter in the condo while we were trying to sell. Daisy recommended a few options for us to provide an incentive to get a renter while we were selling. It worked! We didn't have to go into debt while we tried selling. In addition, we had a low ball offer and because we were renting out the condo, we didn't feel like we had to settle for a low bid. We were looking to get into a bigger house so Daisy helped us with selling our old house as well as finding us our new one.
It didn't take long for Daisy to get all the paperwork together to get everything going to put our house on the market. It didn't take long for us to decide on the listing price since Daisy provided us with information from listings of other comparable houses in the area that were already on the market. Daisy always contacted us both whenever she got a request for a showing. She made sure to let other realtors know that we preferred showings to be at certain times if it was during the week as we have both a cat and a dog and wanted to make sure the dog was not there. In the event that a showing was scheduled for days we were both at work, she made sure they knew that both the cat and dog would be there. There were a couple days where Daisy was not available but Shelbi made sure we knew about any showing requests that came in.
In terms of finding us our new home, Daisy got us plenty of listings within our price range. Whenever we wanted to see one we liked, she was quick to get a showing set up. Despite the fact that we were looking in the area near our old house, she always offered to pick us up. It didn't take long for us to find the one we wanted and Daisy made the negotiation process go as quick and painless as possible.
We ended up in our current home about a week or so before the deal on our old one was closed. I can't imagine it's easy helping people sell their current home and buy a new one at the same time but Daisy did it! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Daisy and the Platinum Team to anyone that is looking to buy or sell!

I made the decision to sell my downtown condo in October 2017, in order to move into a single family home closer to my work. I started looking for a realtor to help me with the transaction and came across the Platinum Team when I was doing research into my property value.
I made a generic inquiry into that office and Daisy contacted me right away! She was professional and easy to talk to; I knew after meeting her face to face for one time that she was the right realtor for me. I was not disappointed.
Daisy did everything for my sale and the purchase of my new home; she coordinated excellent picture of my home and a virtual tour, provided detailed market analysis to help price my home right and coordinated multiple showings of my condo at times which were convenient for me. She marketed my property in several different places at the beginning of November and I had multiple offers...and sold it before the end of December. Pretty awesome given the current market and the number of downtown properties on the market today.
Daisy drove me around the entire Southside of Edmonton to look for my new home and we found the one. She negotiated a great price and ensured the timelines for possession lined up with the sale of my property to avoid any need for interim housing or storage of my belongings. Daisy also coordinated the home inspection for my new home (and got me a great deal to boot). She also helped me work with my bank to get financing approved during a busy holiday season.
