My journey began when I immigrated to Edmonton from Punjab, India, in 1997 with my parents. Like many newcomers, we worked hard to build a life here, and I quickly learned the value of homeownership as a foundation for stability and success. After completing high school, I pursued a Business Administration Diploma in Accounting from NAIT, giving me a strong understanding of numbers, negotiations, and financial planning—skills that now benefit my clients every day.Before stepping into real estate, I spent 12 years as a transit operator with the City of Edmonton, serving the community and building deep connections with the people of this city. My passion for helping others achieve their dreams led me to real estate, where I found that too many buyers and sellers were making costly mistakes due to a lack of education and strategy—something I knew I could change.Since becoming a realtor four years ago, I’ve worked hard to stand out from the typical agent. As a Top Performer and Top Producer in 2024, I successfully closed 36 transactions this year alone, helping families buy and sell with a unique, education-driven approach.
