Dan Seguin was amazing from the start. We met when I missed an open house for my first house ever that i wanted to see. He made himself readily available to still do a viewing even though it was fathers day and very last minute. Turns out the house was not even close to what we were looking for. He asked questions about what we were looking for so we described our wants/needs and he set us up for viewing houses that actually met our criteria. He pointed out things we would like, but also pointed out things that we described we wouldn't like that we missed out of pure excitement during viewings. He adjusted to our hectic schedules to ensure we were able to do viewings at times that worked for us. He took us to approximately 60 viewings that we wanted to see before we chose our now home as we (myself mainly -as my husband would say) were very particular in what i was looking for, and dan was patient and helpful through it all. It was a big pleasure to have him supporting us for this big step in life. We enjoyed every moment working with him. And have alot of pleasure recommending him to our family and friends.

I found Dan Seguin by happy accident. Frustrated with the two other agents I found and put aside by the latest, I reached out to a coworker of Dan's at 7am the morning I was supposed to have met with another agent who simply seemed too busy for me. Dan answered me right away and we met that morning by 9am to start looking for a property for my family. Right away he understood the urgency as we relocated from another city and didn't yet have a house. 5-6 hour days every day for two - three weeks he met with me and by the beginning of week 3 we found the perfect house! I felt completely understood listened to and supported by Dan thru this important & stressful time.
