Derek comes from a formal background in mechanical technology, and later moved to the residential construction industry, where he became very successful in the outside sales aspect of the business due to his excellent skills in communication, problem solving, customer service, commitment to constant improvement, and his competitive nature stemming from a love of multiple sports. This naturally led to a transition into the real estate sector where Derek prides himself on putting integrity and customer service first, while putting to use his extensive knowledge of the residential construction industry and 15+ years of sales and negotiation experience to best serve his clients.
