We contacted Glenn last fall and discussed what our criteria was for our forever home. After a couple of showings Glenn and (ourselves) had a bettter feel for what we wanted with what was available within the market. He never once made us feel like we were imposing on him and always managed to set up a viewing within our time line. We had a min. 4 hour drive each way and our time line was very tight. It wasn't just the basic tax questions, but being able to provide an explanation about the different water systems etc that Glenn was able to provide. He always got back to us with answers to a particular viewing-usually before we got home. Things like-where was this house moved from?-or getting information regarding building bylaws (we were in some instances thinking of building our own shop) and chasing down info for where the septic fields ran etc.

Joanne was a fabulous real estate agent. On our first meeting in August of 2016 we realized that Joanne was a real 'people person', very easy to talk to and an especially good listener. We were very impressed with the level of knowledge and expertise in the market! We enjoyed a very fast sale with multiple offers, and appreciated the professional guidance and advice during negotiations. Our questions were always addressed immediately and we valued the open communication throughout the entire process.

This real estate company was recommended to us by realtor friends in Regina. Putting it simply they were terrific. After viewing our property they recommended and we accepted a reasonable listing price for the property. They worked overtime to show our property and ended up securing several offers. We were constantly updated on prospective buyer comments and given weekly statistics on contacts with potential buyers. In the end we received 5 offers in total on which we countered on 3 of the offers. A bidding war developed between two prospective buyers which resulted in a final offer of over $10,000 more than the list price. We were thrilled.

We executed the deal while we were holidaying in New Zealand utilizing a computer program called DocuSign. Amazing technology! We were impressed from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anybody wanting to sell a property and expecting a first rate service.

Our experience with Avril Trach was excellent. We purchased a property in BC from out of province and she made herself available via email, text or phone based on our availability, which was a great convenience to us. At our first meeting we were impressed with Alex's presentation on his tablet, showing us sales and listing info for our area, and the service he provides. During the listing and selling process, Alex updated us on a regular and timely basis. Our goal was to achieve a deal at least 95% of our listing price and that was the result. We had listed before with another agent and were unsucessful at that time, probably because our asking price was too agressive. We were much more motivated this time and Alex helped us decide on a listing price that was workable. I originally contactedJoanne the summer of 2015. Since that time Joanne kept in contact with me on a regular basis. When I was ready to start viewing properties, Joanne showed me a variety of options until I found the one for me. She walked me through the process. I would highly recommend Joanne.

Alex was very prompt and responsive. He gave us a true evaluation of what we could expect when we listed the house. He even fixed an interior door that was stuck and looked at a small leak under the kitchen sink so we didn't need to call a plumber.

I sold for far less than my original asking price. I was informed the market had dropped off in the last year a couple of months after listing. I listed for $139,000 understanding the last 1 bedroom sold for $135,000. I sold for $121,000. However, the property sold for more than I bought it for, and after fees I made a small profit. I am disappointed I did not get more. I feel it was well advertised. Maybe that was all the market would bear. Chris Santos worked at getting me the best deal she could.
