You won't find a better realtor than Julien Prevost! We worked with Julien for an entire year to find our perfect oceanfront house. During this time Julien proved to be professional, personal, patient, and highly knowledgeable. Julien's communication is consistent, timely, and prompt. This is our second time having Ashley Metcalf as our agent. We went back to her for her tremendous professionalism, and great work on our behalf. We started out by listing our current home, and within three days we had an offer that we accepted. Her advice for staging our home, and preparing it for showings really helped tremendously. Whenever we had questions, she was very quick to answer and offer guidance. For the purchase of our new home, she listened intently to our wants/needs. We started out looking for one type of home, and with her knowledge and expertise, we ended up changing our type of home, and she supported us without batting an eye. We often saw listings that we thought were quite nice, but her knowledge of the neighbourhoods helped us to find the perfect home for us.
For the negotiation, which lasted most of the day with the back and forth, she was there, advising us what would work, and what wouldn't. If anyone ever asks us who we would recommend for selling or buying a home, the only name we would recommend is Ashley Metcalf.

Adam Chantree (with Charlie Parker's team) went above and beyond for my partner and I in every way. We were first-time homebuyers and the whole process seemed so scary before we got in touch with Adam.
We had a relatively tight budget and some very unique needs for our home. Adam did a fantastic job at finding homes to meet our budget and requirements. He was always ready at a moments notice to ease my worries and answer my questions (and believe me, I had about a thousand of each).
Viewing houses with Adam was a great experience. We viewed a LOT of homes before settling on one; he had what seemed like infinite patience and every viewing was so much fun. Adam has a wonderful sense of humour, while still remaining incredibly professional and honest about each home we viewed. I truly felt that he had our best interest in mind at all times.
Once we decided it was go-time on a house, we went through some pretty grueling negotiations with the selling party. Adam fought hard for us, and although it was a very stressful experience, we were still laughing the whole way through thanks to Adam's great attitude. It was also great to know that he had Charlie Parker's experienced team behind him when things got really tough.
I will absolutely not hesitate to employ Adam's services in for our future real estate endeavors, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a top-tier realtor!
