A first phone call to a person will give you an indication on whether or not you want this person working for you, and we knew from her first hello she was happy to get our call and wanted to know how she can help us. She took full control on what we needed to do and made sure that everything she did for us was with our approval, and if we weren't sure of what to do, she advised us but always let us make our own decision. She was always available, no matter if she's in a meeting or eating lunch, our questions were always answered. Leann is a professional, kind and happy realtor and I would highly recommend her anytime.
