I had tried another agent who wasn’t keeping in touch with me like I had hoped he would and was not guiding me in setting the price.
I particularly like how Mike stayed in close contact and put the effort into explaining things and responding quickly.
The sale happened fairly quickly and I feel that this agent was very realistic in helping set the price and in explaining why this particular starting point.

Mike is knowledgeable, relatable, easy to deal with and he loves Central Alberta. He does a lot to highlight why it’s such a great place to live. We knew that when it was time to buy a house, he was our only choice.

Mike’s approach was refreshing and engaging. While his videos and posts might be a little silly, there’s nothing silly about his commitment to his clients. Mike made the entire experience enjoyable and helped to remove the stress!
