If you want your house SOLD call Buffy Ellis. She goes that extra step to make that sale. She is very professional as well as personable. Buffy has very strong work ethics. I have used the professional services of Buffy Ellis twice in the last couple of years, most recently in May and would highly recommend her.
Buffy is responsive and attentive to her client’s needs. Her interests are not self- serving and she truly cares about her client.
Although she would be the first to say she doesn’t have a crystal ball, Buffy has great instinct and has not steered me wrong in any of my transactions.
If I were in the market again, I would call Buffy in a heartbeat.

I have been working with Buffy since 2012, first for the purchase of a townhouse that met every single one of my check boxes, then it's sale 5yrs later, the purchase of a lovely family home, and then again with it's sale when I relocated out of city.
At every single turn I was confident that Buffy had my best interest in mind and did everything in her power to help me through the processes, even while I was 4hrs away looking for my next home.
When I was stuck to figure out how to get my townhouse painted and a washer removed from the basement, she had just the right referrals. I had no concerns sending her a text or email over the last 8yrs to ask her a question, while I was actively looking or just had an inquiry.
I have never hesitated to refer her to everyone I hear when they mention they are dealing with a purchase/sale of their home.

Buffy has recently helped us purchase a rental property downtown London and the entire experience was seamless.
