He is able to assess the layout of a property quickly and provide pros and cons about every situation with every room, work that may be required (in terms of renovations), and any possible issues that may arise from different scenarios.
He's very capable of helping out with any necessary calculations, whether it's just mortgage payments based on certain parameters, or projected property value based on money invested in upkeep, etc.
