We had many circumstances that made finding our home extra stressful (short timeline, living 5 hours away, not 100% sure what city to purchase in, deciding if we should commute to work). We recently moved to Leduc from Lethbridge and Angela helped us to find the perfect home. We needed a quick possession and Angela went above and beyond to make it happen. Simply amazing. She knew what we wanted, gave all listings and actually ended up choosing the home that we eventually bought!
She was very knowledgeable!
We told her our budget, what our absolute highest price was and she provided us the listings in the area we were. She was excellent at negotiating and made sure we paid fair market value for our home and didn't go above. She knew what points to negotiate on, what repairs would need to be done and knew the areas we were looking in. At the end, we ended up choosing a property that we thought was out of our price range, but was listed high and we ended up in our dream home. Angela is an absolutely wonderful knowledgable person to deal with and I'll definitely be using her services again!

Angela did a great job marketing and presenting my house. She made everything easy regarding the viewings and gave adequate notice for same. I really appreciated her open and candid dialogue regarding the status of viewings, feedback encountered, and market trends.

Angela was in constant contact, letting me know of upcoming showings and providing feed back from her other clients and other realtors after EVERY showing. She was extremely helpful in negotiating 3 separate offers. She researched the neighborhood to provide comparable listings and was very positive in every aspect👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

By far the best experience I’ve ever had with anything real estate! Angela was absolutely fantastic to work and do business with. She is at the top of her field, and very much impressed us with her professionalism, execution, knowledge, and work ethic.
