I cannot express how special Nolan has been - in what turned out to be a very long selling process. I retired and was getting ready to sell my home. Then disaster- I was diagnosed with Cancer. Our experience with the team of Nolan and Dean Banasco was nothing short of exceptional. Their knowledge of the real estate trends for our type of home was extensive and was right on the money. We recently worked with Dean and Nolan on the purchase and sale of a home and could not have been happier with the results. From our initial meeting through closings they were professional and always had our interests as a priority. We had a specific list of "wants" in our new house, of which Dean and Nolan remained focused on, taking the time to go to multiple locations in Mississauga, Oakville and Burlington. COVID-19 created additional complexity but Dean always made sure we felt safe on our visits. As the market was heating up and we did make offers, he guided us through negotiations to ensure we were competitive but did not overreach. Working with Dean was amazing! Without hesitation, I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house in Georgetown (and I have no doubt he'd be great in other places too!). He is absolutely at the top of his game. When I was looking for a house in Georgetown and started working with Dean to find it, he skillfully internalized what I was looking for, what my needs and likes were on a both practical and emotional level, and based on that was able to help both focus my search on what I *really* wanted AND help me broaden it to amazing things I hadn't considered. Then, when he drove me around to places and we got inside some open houses, he really helped me visualize what my life could be like inside a given space, helping me imagine how I could potentially change the space if I wanted to -- but only if I wanted to. He really has a knack for understanding spaces, and an architectural vision for their potential, and that helped so much when looking at a bunch of places, which we did. Then, when I got serious about wanting a given house, he immediately (and kind of amazingly!) kicked into high gear on winning the offer on it, at the best possible terms. He was so knowledgeable about the offer process and how to put together the winning offer - including everything from getting the right people to inspect the property, having the right strategy regarding the offer and contingencies given the climate of the house/neighborhood/market, and then literally quite relentlessly driving the process all the way through to success, always following through *every* *single* *time*. Because of Dean, I'm now the happy owner of a wonderful house in Georgetown. I know I'm kind of sounding over-the-top, gushing, enthusiastic about him, but it's true – he really is that good. Back in 2016, Nolan Banasco helped us with the purchase of our first home that we still love to this day.
He was so great to work with- positive energy, easy to talk too, very flexible with his schedule to accommodate ours and easily accessible with emails and phone calls. He was always honest with us on what he liked and disliked about the houses that we viewed- which made us have the most trust in his opinions.
Nolan was able to secure a viewing of our home prior to it being opened to the market for "open house". He acted quickly to submit our offer before "open house" became available. By doing this we did not need to deal with any bidding war.
If we were to ever move again, we would want to work with him to help sell and purchase our home. He is a class act and such a positive person to be around during a milestone in someone's life when purchasing/selling houses.

Sometimes in life, things just have a way of falling perfectly into place. That certainly reflects our experience with the outstanding Banasco Team!
We were not necessarily looking to move, but always kept watch for the "perfect" home to come up. Then one evening, we took a bike ride through one of the more sought-after neighbourhoods in Milton, when we saw a "Coming Soon" sign on a property, listed by Nolan and Dean Banasco. Right there from the road in front of their sign, we reached out to Nolan to schedule an appointment.
A few days later, we had our chance to see the home. We immediately fell in love with it. The property checked off everything we were looking for to motivate us to move. Not only were we excited by the idea of making this home ours, we also came away very impressed by Nolan, who showed us the property.
After a night to contemplate an offer, we reached out to request a second showing. This time we were welcomed by Dean, who was every bit as courteous and professional as Nolan. Not having an agent to represent us, we were so impressed by the Banascos that we wanted them to not only act on our behalf on the purchase of the home, but we also wanted them to represent us on the sale of our own as well.
To make a long story short, we were thrilled to be the purchasers of our dream home and were delighted with the sale of our house soon after. Nolan and Dean were patient and clear in walking us through the stresses of selling a home, always prompt to respond to our many questions and only too happy to help in any way they could. And of course, we accepted a great offer on our house that they worked very hard to procure.
We cannot recommend the Banasco Team enough. They truly do "know properties," as their motto states. But beyond that, they know how to make their clients feel at home when buying or selling real estate.
