As a first time home buyer, and not being from the area (moving to Leduc) there was a lot of unknowns. I didn’t know anything about Sarah other then google reviews, but I wanted to stay local. Locals know the area they work/live in and that was important.
From the first email I sent, within an hour I had spoken to her on the phone and told her what I was looking for and within a week we were seeing a long list of homes. Once we found the one we wanted to purchase, she made the process very smooth and easy. At time I found it stressful but she was always there and re-assured me. I was never signing anything blind, everything was always fully explained. When it came to negotiating, she was really good in getting everything we wanted plus more. I thought at first I could do it on my own, but after realizing everything that was going on I’m glad I choose her.
She picked a really good local home inspector (Todd Weir) who she trusts, as well as lawyers. Todd was great to deal with as well. She was always good to text back right away if we had any questions and she would always check in to see how we were doing and give us updates along the way.
As tough, stressful, and exciting the process was I would have no doubt in using Sarah again for my next home purchase (but not rushing not hat). I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home, and especially first time home buyers! Thanks Sarah.

As First time home buyers Sarah was patient, understanding, and made sure we understood everything she explained. She guided us through the entire process, worked around the clock to meet our work schedules (ex. answering text messages and emails in the evenings and weekends). She also provided great advice when it came to negotiating. Despite having a hiccup regarding our closing date (due to issues with sellers paperwork - outside her control), she did what she could to ensure we were happy, able to move in on time, and alleviated a lot of stress.
Overall we would recommend Sarah to anyone considering buying or selling - as she truly goes to bat for her clients. She also had great recommendations as far as brokers and home inspectors, which for clients such as us who are new to the area, it was very helpful. THANK YOU SARAH!
