We chose joy out of the many realtors in stettler due to her ability to market and present homes in our community. We saw her work from pictures, details in the listings and her ability to sell home quickly we decided to list our home with her not once but then our rental home with joy. Joy is honest and accommodating. We were in a bit of a time crunch to find our new home, when she sold our home in 24 hours! Thank you for your expertise Joy, our home had been listed for quite some time and we were starting to get discouraged. You took over the listing, brought in fresh perspective and assured us it was going to move. We immediately saw new activity, and had interest in a short period of time. While we were disappointed with the amount we ended up getting for our home, we know Joy did her best to bring it up to the amount we accepted, the biggest factor was the drop in house values in Stettler at that time.
