We use Sara McKinlay for all of our real estate transactions. She is very knowledgeable about current housing markets and demand, she provides factual information regarding comparable pricing as well as what to expect as people go through your home. We would use her again if we are selling or purchasing a home. She’s like part of the family now!! She is also good at marketing and promoting a property that you might want to sell. She is very detailed orientated and that is important in these markets.

Sara was so supportive to us through the ups and downs of the selling/buying process. We interviewed other realtors and she was the only one who came in already showing support for us and love for our house. She saw us as people in a stressful point in our lives where the others saw us/our house as a job. There were many emotions through the process and she was there to answer our questions and support us through it all, right to the end and even beyond. She felt like a friend and my kids loved her and kept asking when we can see Sara again. I’m sad that this journey and our time with her has ended, but will be forever thankful for her help in selling our home so we could find our forever home!
