My wife and I loved working with Austin and his team in finding our next home. Once we signed documents for selling our own home and the purchasing of another, Austin continued to keep us informed and went through the documents with us to ensure everything was clear. He would always make sure he didn’t leave a conversation with us until all questions were addressed. Lastly, Austin and his team had an excellent platform where we could view homes within our price range that were on the market. We would receive email updates about these new listings and if there had been any price adjustments or open houses. Austin did a fantastic job in helping my partner and I buy our first home. From the first meeting, Austin showed he was well-organized, detail orientated, and skillfully resourceful. He helped tailor our property search and would quickly respond to request and enquiries. Austin arranged multiple open house tours and kept us informed of who accepted and which properties were pending offers. Austin would share information about the neighbourhood and point out prim tangibles of the properties. After each tour, Austin would compile a list of our likes and dislikes and would tailor the next round of open houses around these interests. Throughout the whole process, we did not feel pressured nor rushed to purchase a place. Despite our pickiness, Austin was extremely patient and approachable.
