Anna was great. She came to our initial meeting fully prepared with all of the local market comparibles. She also brought samples of marketing materials which showed exactly how she would market our home. The online presentation of our home was beautifully done. All of this culminated in our apartment selling in one day. Which was phenomenal for putting our apartment for sale in January. We would highly recommend Anna. She was a pleasure to work with.

Anna is an exceptional realtor and helped my partner and I buy our first home. Being a first-time homeowner is not only an overwhelming process but one that stays with you throughout. Anna was extremely patient, meticulous and organized in keeping both my partner and I in check to ensure we didn't miss any key deadlines, read up further on market trends or answer the smallest of our questions. We really appreciated Anna's guidance and patience as we went through this process for the very first-time. Anna was a pleasure to deal with, she provided knowledge of the sales within our neighborhood to help us decide on a list price, which was super helpful as we had a quick sale! Her vast general industry knowledge helped us to understand more about the market as it is today....both the positive and negative. I liked that she was upfront about both as I am in sales and that is how I am with my customers. I wouldn't hesitate to use Anna again, she guided us not only with the front end decision making but even after it was sold she followed through and kept helping where she could. We live out of town and we were selling a second property and in the end she even had to help by letting cleaners in and finishing sanding some of the holes left by the tenant. The sale was not over for her until we handed over the keys....Thanks for a great job Anna!

Anna came prepared to every meeting and accurately understood current market trends (which is not easy in the Greater Vancouver market). My husband and I have used a few other realtors over the years and some were better than others. However, Anna has been really outstanding. She is personable, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, hard working, always on time either with appointments or email/calls replies. She has a warm, friendly personality and really works for you with you. We thought it would take 1-2 month to sell our unit but were we wrong. It took only five days and we couldn't be happier!!
