I couldn’t recommend Samantha enough! As a young, single buyer Samantha took me seriously from the get go. She was super flexible with my limited schedule and went above and beyond to provide me piece of mind by attending appointments I couldn’t make, researching fridges that met my measurements and criteria, and even took an extra trip to the condo for additional measurements for furniture when I didn’t have time to book another walk thru. Text message was my preferred method of communication and she was incredibly prompt with responding and took the time to put all of the details in writing for me to review. Samantha was also able to negotiate more conditions than I thought was doable! I will certainly be using Samantha again in the future!

Samantha was very informative and extremely supportive to help me in the search for my first home. She took the time to ensure I felt confident about my choice.
