I was a real estate lawyer in Spruce Grove, since retired. Clayton Kostuik and I had worked together on quite a few real estate transactions. I saw on many occassions that Clayton went that extra mile for his clients and I knew he would do the same for me when it came time to sell our home. Our home was difficult to sell because it was a very expensive home in a market in which mortgage rates had greatly appreciated. Our home was in a cul-de-sac which meant that signs were of limited value as there was no drive by traffic. Nothwithstanding these hurdles Clayton presented our home well, both online and with other realtors. Overall I think he did a great job!

I was very happy and satisfied with Clayton Kostuik's service selling our home in Stony Plain.
