Dallas and I were fortunate enough to have Crystal help us with the purchase of our new home. We were long distance and recently engaged when Dallas made the decision to move to Edmonton. Of course, we chose Crystal to help us with this big decision. We were meticulous and had many preferences that we threw at Crystal. Houses were going fast and every house we looked at seemed to be getting sold left and right. With frustration getting the best of me and my fiancé, Crystal remained calm and reassured us to not worry as she would deal with absolutely everything... and she kept her word. Not only did she take the time to do the research, she went out of her way to work extra hard and over time to accommodate our circumstances and our desires. In one day, we looked at 15 houses. Not to mention the hours she made herself available for phone calls, texts and emails. Eventually, fate lead us to our current house, and we couldn't be happier. The buying process was really intimidating and a little difficult considering my fiance lived in a different province at the time. Luckily we had superwoman as our agent and she made everything incredibly seamless. Crystal was patient, courteous, personable and such a darling to work with. Her perseverance and kindness make her a wonderful human who loves to help her clients and makes sure that they get everything they need and want. Even after the purchase of our home and after moving in, Crystal still checked in on us to see how we were doing and if we needed anything.
