Eric has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Given the state of the market in our price range, it took almost 5 months of looking at dozens of homes, multiple offers/bidding wars, and endless emails, documents to sign, and material to read, before we finally found the perfect home; Eric supported us the entire time with patience, knowledge, relationships with other agents, and quick responsiveness that ensured we got to see homes that ended up lasting less than 24 hours before offers were presented/accepted.
