Transportation

Nethervue Place is an extraordinarily good part of Fredericton for travelling by car. Accessing a parking spot is quite easy. In contrast, the public transit network in this part of Fredericton is not very practical. Commuting by bicycle is occasionally difficult in this neighbourhood since there are few bike lanes, and there is a considerable amount of hills. Nevertheless, there is a quite high density of cyclists. This neighbourhood is also not very suitable for walking as running day-to-day errands is very inconvenient on foot.

Services

There are no high schools and no primary schools in Nethervue Place. Furthermore, daycares are not plentiful and accordingly not always within walking distance. When it comes to food, it is very rarely possible for house buyers in this neighbourhood to access the closest grocery store on foot.
