Sandyville is a neighbourhood within Fredericton, New Brunswick, which is situated in the Greater Fredericton metropolitan area.

Transportation

Commuting by car is very easy in this part of the city. It is very convenient to park, and nearby highways are easy to access from any location in this area. In contrast, Sandyville is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and it is very convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most houses. Travelling on foot is not very feasible for home buyers in Sandyville as very few common errands can be run without having to resort to a vehicle. On the other hand, getting around by bicycle is easy in this part of the city.
