Donavans

Part of the Greater St. John's metropolitan area, Donavans is a neighbourhood within Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Transportation

The best means of transportation in this part of Mount Pearl is very often a car. It is a very short car ride to the nearest highway, such as I1:20:32 Highway, from any home in this area, and it is very convenient to park. On the other hand, the public transit service in this part of the city is not very frequent. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is connected by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually very close. This area is not especially well-suited for those who travel by foot as few daily needs can be met without the use of a car. However, Donavans is quite conducive to bicycling.

Services

The closest supermarket in this part of the city is usually only a very short walk away. Residents are served by about 20 restaurants and cafes as well. Concerning education, it is a reasonably short walk to access schools and daycares from most properties for sale in this neighbourhood.
