Upper Onslow is especially car friendly. It is a rather short drive to the nearest highway, such as Highway 104, from anywhere in this area, and it is very easy to come across a parking spot. A majority of the houses for sale in this area are located in places that are not very conducive to walking since very few common errands can be run without the use of a car. The bike is a quite poor means of transportation in this area as the cycling infrastructure is not very extensive, and there are a good number of hills.
