Situated within the Greater Truro metropolitan area, Brookfield is a neighbourhood in Colchester Subdivision C, Nova Scotia.

Transportation

Moving around by car is very easy in this part of the subdivision of a county municipality. The majority of properties for sale are a short car ride from the nearest highway, and it is very convenient to come across a parking spot. Bicycling is challenging in Brookfield since the cycling network is not very comprehensive, and the terrain is not especially flat. It is also very impractical for pedestrians to get around in Brookfield because many day-to-day needs are very inconvenient to carry out on foot.

Services

A car is almost always required in this neighbourhood to access the nearest grocery store. Nonetheless, pharmacies are typically easy to access on foot and provide some basic food items.
