The neighbourhood of Duffins Bay is part of the town of Ajax, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are a good mode of transportation in this neighbourhood. It is easy to find a place to park. However, Duffins Bay is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far away from most homes. This part of Ajax is quite cycling-friendly because there are a fair number of bike lanes. A majority of the homes for sale in this area are located in places that are not especially suitable for walking since few common errands can be run on foot.
