The neighbourhood of Mountain View can be found in the town of Milton, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.

Transportation

A majority of the houses for sale in this area are located in places that are suitable for walking; many daily needs are easy to carry out on foot. The bike is a fairly good mode of transportation in this part of the town. Mountain View is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and the nearest bus stop is usually very close. However, the favoured approach to navigate this neighbourhood is usually a car. Most homes for sale are a rather short drive from the closest highway, and parking is easy.

Services

Parents and their schoolchildren will find that wherever their property is located in Mountain View, daycares and primary schools are close by. In contrast, there are no high schools in Mountain View. At the elementary level, both public and private schools can be found. With regards to food, some residents in this part of the town may be able to do their grocery shopping on foot, while others will have to use another means of transportation. That being said, Mountain View is a good place in which to eat out, and a limited variety of coffee shops is available as well.

Character

Mountain View offers a calm atmosphere and will appeal to home buyers who enjoy spending time in green spaces. This part of Milton is reasonably quiet overall, as the streets are usually tranquil - although that is not the case around the railway line.
