Transportation

The street network is well suited for getting around by car, and most real estate listings are a very short drive from the closest highway, such as Highway 407. Most houses for sale in this area are located in places that are not very conducive to walking because almost no daily errands can be run without having to resort to a car. It is also challenging to travel by bike in Thompson's Corners because this part of the city has a quite bad bicycling infrastructure, and there are a fair number of elevation changes.
