Driving is often the preferred transportation option in Old Town. It is very easy to park. Old Town will attract active home buyers since it is suited for cycling. In particular, there are a limited number of elevation changes. It is difficult for pedestrians to get around in Old Town because carrying out daily needs is impractical on foot.

Services

It can be challenging to walk to high schools and primary schools from homes for sale in Old Town. Furthermore, there are only a very small number of daycares and thus they can be a very long walk away.
