Cherry Ridge is a neighbourhood within Thunder Bay, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Thunder Bay metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are a great medium of transportation in Cherry Ridge. It is especially convenient to park, and nearby highways are quite easy to access from any home in this part of Thunder Bay. On the other hand, the public transit network in Cherry Ridge is rather limited. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far from most properties. Cherry Ridge is not very well-suited for those who travel by foot since very few daily errands can be run without having to use a vehicle. Cherry Ridge is also not especially cycling-friendly because the cycling infrastructure is not very comprehensive, and there are a good number of hills to challenge cyclists.

Services

A car is typically needed in Cherry Ridge to reach the closest grocery store. Property owners benefit from a few cafes. Regarding education, daycares and primary schools are easy to reach on foot from most homes for sale in Cherry Ridge. On the other hand, this neighbourhood does not contain any high schools.
