Transportation

Driving is usually the best method to move around in this neighbourhood. Most real estate listings are a short car ride from the closest highway, such as Autoroute Laurentienne, and parking is easy. In contrast, the public transit system in Notre-Dame-des-Laurentides is rather poor. Nonetheless, the neighbourhood is served by around 10 bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. Most homes for sale in this part of the city are located in areas that are not very well-suited for those who travel by foot as very few daily errands can be run without having to use a car. On the other hand, Notre-Dame-des-Laurentides is amenable to cycling.
