Transportation

The preferred method to navigate this area is usually a car. Parking is easy, and it is a reasonably short drive to the closest highway from anywhere in The Towns. However, The Towns is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, homeowners have access to a few bus lines, and most properties are very close to a bus stop. This part of Regina is not particularly conducive to those who travel by foot because carrying out daily needs is sometimes difficult by walking. In contrast, getting around by bicycle is easy in The Towns because riding is made easier by the generally flat terrain.

Services

A portion of house buyers in The Towns may have the option to purchase their groceries on foot, while others will have to use a vehicle. There are also a limited number of opportunities for those who appreciate restaurants within walking distance. With respect to education, families will value that wherever their property is situated in this part of Regina, daycares and primary schools are nearby. However, there are no high schools in The Towns.

Character

The character of The Towns is exemplified by its slower-paced ambience. Although the neighbourhood does not contain any green spaces, parks are well-distributed in nearby neighbourhoods, which makes it easy to access them. This area is especially quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.
