Character

West Shore is a very good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. This part of the city is very quiet overall, as the streets are usually very tranquil - however noise can be bothersome closer to one of the railway lines or Highway 401. Finally, although the neighbourhood is not home to any public green spaces, parks are few and far between in nearby neighbourhoods, which results in them being easy to access from the majority of locations in the neighbourhood.
