Kent Park is a neighbourhood within Montréal, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

This part of Montréal offers house buyers the choice between a variety of means of transportation. Travelling by public transit is very easy in Kent Park. Rapid transit stations, including Plamondon Station, Côte-Sainte-Catherine Station and Côte-des-Neiges Station on the Ligne 2 - Orange and Ligne 5 - Bleue, are not very far away from the greater part of houses in the neighbourhood. There are approximately 10 bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. Most houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are also very convenient for walking; all common errands can be run without the use of a car, and a variety of businesses are reasonably nearby. Biking is convenient in Kent Park as there are a good number of bike lanes.

Services

Daycares and schools are very easy to access on foot from most properties for sale in this part of the city. Along with public schools, there are private elementary and high schools.
