Part of the Greater Regina metropolitan area, Eastview is a neighbourhood within Regina, Saskatchewan.

Transportation

Biking is easy in Eastview because it is a flat ride to most destinations. Physically active home buyers will also appreciate the reasonably pedestrian-friendly character of this part of the city; many common errands can be run on foot, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Commuting by public transit is difficult in this area. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is served by a few bus lines, and it is very convenient to get to a nearby bus stop from most properties. On the other hand, the favoured method to navigate Eastview is very often driving. It is very convenient to find a place to park, and many real estate listings are a rather short drive from the closest highway.

Services

Daycares are straightforward to get to on foot from most houses for sale in this part of Regina. In contrast, there are no primary schools and no high schools in this neighbourhood. As far as food is concerned, it is difficult to access the nearest grocery store on foot in Eastview. Likewise, a coffee shop is on average a rather short walk away, and a small selection of restaurants can be found in this part of Regina as well. It is also convenient to get to a number of clothing stores on foot.

Character

Eastview is a very good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed environment. There are a few green spaces nearby for residents to visit and they are especially well-situated, making it easy to access them. This area is also very quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.
